Summary:

While attempting to upgrade the firmware on your Hanwha NVR/DVR, you cannot scan for the firmware on the USB where you placed the appropriate upgrade.    

Explanation of Behavior:

• While attempting to upgrade the firmware on any Hanwha NVR/DVR, it fails to see the *.img file you have placed in the root of the USB storage device (Figure 1)

Resolution:

• In the upper left-hand corner of the user interface, there is a hard drive symbol (Figure 2)
• The image file must be unpacked and placed on one of the recording drives. If no drive is present, the file cannot be processed (Figure 2)
