To maintain standards, Hanwha Vision uses the web UI for all knowledge base articles about product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address of your device into the URL bar, and press enter. If you are not using the web UI to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product.
Summary:
If the client site does not allow for the home run of every camera connection, forcing you to leave cameras on the client's business network, you will need to configure the NVRs internal switch to Manual Mode, PnP mode is incompatible with this type of arrangement
NOTE: You may have to re-register all of your cameras if you switch from PnP
Mode to Manual Mode, make sure you know the credentials of all of your cameras
Step By Step Guide:
1. Go to Setup>System>System Management>Settings (Figure 1)
2. Uncheck Enable PnP Mode (Figure 1)
3. Click the Apply button to the right of the "Enable PnP Mode" checkbox

4. Go to Setup>Camera>Register (Figure 2)
5. Click Manual (Figure 2)

7. If the camera in question is a Hanwha camera, leave the Protocol switch on Wisenet, if it is a third-party camera, then click on ONVIF (Figure 3)
8. Select Wisenet Camera from the Model dropdown menu (Figure 3)
NOTE: If you select Wisenet Multi-Channel Camera from the dropdown menu,
the field "Channel" becomes available, you have to register each
channel individually
9. Leave address type at Static IPV4 (Figure 3)
10. Unless you have changed your cameras ports leave the default entries at 80 and 4520 (Figure 3)
11. Enter your Username and Password (Figure 3)
12. Click OK (Figure 3)
13. Repeat steps 5 through 12 for each device you need to add

14. Click OK at the bottom of the Register screen before clicking away from Register, or all of your changes will be dropped (Figure 4)
