Summary:
WAVE Event Logs keep a record of all system events. To speed up and simplify the troubleshooting processes, you might be asked to provide us with WAVE server or camera Event Logs taken from the Wave desktop client.
Step By Step Guide:
1. Log in to the Wave Desktop client with the username "admin" or a user with admin rights.
2. Press CTRL+L to bring up the Event logs or right-click "Events" and select "Event Logs" (Figure 1)

3. Filter events by choosing the start and end date.
4. Select "Any Server Issue" if troubleshooting server-related issues or "Any Camera Issue" if troubleshooting camera-related issues.
5. Select "Any Server/Camera" and choose "Any Action".
6. Right-click anywhere on the search results, choose "Select All," then select "Export Selection to File" (Figure 2)

5. Export as HTML and provide a copy to Tech Support.
