Summary:

The screws needed to assemble the SBP-122HMW onto the QND-8080R are found inside the box of the QND-8080R.

NOTE: The QND-8080R must have been manufactured after August 2020 
for the longer screws to be included inside the box.

Explanation:

During the initial phase of the QND-8080R development, R&D found that the length of the screw was too short to assemble with the SBP-122HMW. So the longer screws were included with the QND-8080R to support compatibility. 

The change above happened in August 2020, so if the QND-8080R was manufactured after August 2020, it should include the longer screws for compatibility with the SBP-122HMW.

Our standard practice is to include the mounting hardware with the accessory but because the longer screws are needed to make the QND-8080R compatible with other accessories, and because the SBP-122HMW is compatible with more cameras (namely the QNV-6032R, QNV-8010R, QNV-6012R, QNV-6022R, QND-6082R, QNV-8020R and QNV-8030R) using the original shorter screws, the longer screws were included in the box of the QND-8080R instead of the SBP-122HMW.
