This article will cover creating a Group Call for the TID-600

Step By Step Guide:

1. Login to the intercom

2. Click on the Gear in Figure 1

3. Click on Intercom on the left pane (Figure 1)

4. Click on Recipient (Figure 1)

5. Check on the same Group ID number box for the extensions that need to be in the same group (Figure 1)

5. Select the Group (Parallel forking) and choose the Group ID from the drop window. (Figure 2)
