This article details how to power cycle an Wisenet SKY Bridge/CMVR. Wisenet SKY offers several different models of Wisenet SKY Bridges and CMVRs. Each model has a power button that can be used to power down the device, but start-up times may differ based on the size and model of the Wisenet SKY Bridge/CMVR.
If you are troubleshooting a CMVR 820, please do not power cycle without contacting
Support first.
How to power cycle Bridges 304, 305:
1. Press the power button once and the unit will power down.
2. Wait for one full minute.
3. Press the power button again to power the unit back up.
If the unit does not power down or will not power back up, please contact Support.
How to power cycle Bridges 301, 401, 501:
1. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds or until the lights turn off and the device powers down.
The link lights may stay on even though the unit is powered down.
2. Wait for one full minute.
3. Press the power button again to power the unit back up.
If the unit does not power down or will not power back up, please contact Support.
How to Power Cycle CMVRs 324, 325:
1. Press the power button once and the unit will power down.
2. Wait one full minute.
3. Press the power button again to power the unit back up.

1. Hold the power button for 5 seconds or until the unit powers down. If the unit does not power down or will not power back up, please contact Support.

How to Power Cycle CMVRs 520, 620:
1. Hold the power button for up to 10 seconds or until the unit powers down.
The link lights may stay on even though the unit is powered down.
2. Wait 5 minutes.
3. Press the button to power the unit back on.
