Summary

Onboarding is when your CGA is pending acceptance into OnCloud. This article provides instructions for onboarding a CGA into OnCloud. 

Onboarding a CGA into OnCloud

To onboard a CGA into OnCloud:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
    
2. Navigate to OnCloud > organization dashboard.
   
   
3. Click Devices > Manage.
   
   You will see one or more pending devices.
   
   
4. Click Onboard Devices.
   
   
   
   You will see a list of devices that can be onboarded.
   
   In this example, it is a CGA-1610.
   
   
   
   
5. Set the location and select the device, then click Add.
   
   Alternatively, use the Bulk Actions button to onboard multiple devices simultaneously.
   
   
   
   The CGA is now onboarded into OnCloud. You will see it in your list of devices within the location you selected.
   
   
   
   The CGA’s web page will also confirm it has been successfully claimed.
