Summary

This article explains the process to license a camera with HealthPro.

Prerequisites

To start the licensing process:

1. Log in to an existing Customer Organization. If you do not have one, see Cloud Portal: How to create a Customer Organization.  
   
   
2. Navigate to HealthPro. If you cannot access HealthPro, see HealthPro: How to fix the Forbidden message?
   

   NOTE: If you do not have a HealthPro license, contact your STEP Partner
   who can use SalesHub to purchase the licenses.

Licensing a Camera

To license a camera: 

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
   
   
2. Click Licenses to confirm that licenses are added.
   
   
3. Return to the main page and select HealthPro.
   
   
4. Select Settings > Devices > Cloud Portal.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Attach License.
   
   
6. Select the type of license you want to apply.
   
   
7. Select the device(s) to attach the licenses.
   
   
8. Click Attach and close the window once the process is complete.
   
   The License period and License name associated with your devices is now attached.
