Submitting a New Request
To submit a new support request:
- Access Hanwha Vision Support and log in.
- In the top right corner, click Submit a Request.
- Select your region from the drop-down menu, then click OK.
- Click Submit a Request.
- Click +Add > Ticket.
- Enter the following information in the form:
* Model
* Serial Number
* Firmware version
* VMS manufacturer
* Version
* Driver Pack
* Detail of the issue
* Callback time
- Click Submit as New.
