If there is an issue logging into a WAVE Sync system or account or creating new accounts, it may be because WAVE Sync Service is undergoing maintenance. There is a way to check the status by going to our site https://wavevms.com/.
The WAVE Sync Service Status allows you to find the current service status of WAVE Sync’s cloud components.
Auto-tests are executed every five minutes to provide the most up-to-date status of its services.
Or choose "WAVE Sync Service Status" under the Resources menu.
Then select "Check WAVE Sync Service Status"

If there are no issues, the component will be green.
If a test fails, the component will turn yellow or red.
