If there is an issue logging into a WAVE Sync system or account or creating new accounts, it may be because the WAVE Sync Service is undergoing maintenance.
Explanation of Behavior:
- You are unable to log into sync.wavevms.com
- You are unable to access your system via your mobile device
- You cannot connect to your server while not on the same network as the WAVE server
- Go to https://wavevms.com/resources/wave-sync-service-status/
- Auto-tests are executed every five minutes to provide the most up-to-date status of its services.
- You can submit a ticket by going to Hanwha Support if all the services are online and you cannot access your system.
