SERVICE PARTS - ORDER PROCESS & TERMS OF SALES
OVERVIEW: Service repair and maintenance parts may be ordered through HTA but are fulfilled by HTA’s service partner. As such the terms of sale are separate from HTA’s product terms of sales and are set forth below.
PRICING : All prices are in $US. Purchase Orders received specifying a currency other than $US will be returned.
ORDER PROCESS:
HTA Non-Direct Accounts: Includes STEP Partners, dealers and end-users
A purchase order and completed credit card charge authorization form are required
The PO and CC Authorization form may be submitted to the assigned Customer Service Specialist for that state or FAXED to (201) 373-0124
PO specifications include:
Separate line item for each part number and qty. Part price is MSRP
A flat rate S&H fee applied to each PO as listed below regardless of the number of line items or qty. Parts cannot be shipped using a shipping account number provided by the customer.
UPS Ground: $15.00 UPS 2nd Day: $27.00 UPS Next Day: $54.00
Parts sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
