Summary:

Service repair and maintenance parts may be ordered through HVA but are fulfilled by HVA’s service partner. As such, the terms of sale are separate from HVA’s product terms of sale and are set forth below.

Explanation of Behavior:

• All prices are in $US. Purchase Orders received specifying a currency other than $US will be returned.
• A purchase order and completed credit card charge authorization form are required

Resolution:

• The PO and CC Authorization form may be submitted to the assigned Customer Service Specialist for that state or FAXED to (201) 373-0124
• PO specifications include:

Separate line item for each part number and qty. The part price is MSRP.

A flat rate S&H fee applied to each PO as listed below regardless of the number of line items or qty. Parts cannot be shipped using a shipping account number provided by the customer.

Parts sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
