Hanwha Vision has discontinued support for this software.  We recommend upgrading to Wisenet Viewer.  The latest version of Wisenet Viewer is available for download here.

Summary:

Smart Viewer supports up to 2 monitors for displaying the live view cameras in real-time (a maximum of 36 live video streams). The dual monitor feature must be enabled first from the viewer settings screen.   

Step By Step Guide:

1. Log into Smart Viewer as an admin-level user.
   
   
2. Click on the gear in the upper right corner of the interface.
   
   
   
3. To enable Dual live monitor, put a check in the Dual Live Monitor box then click OK. The software should be restarted for this option to become available in the interface.
   
   
   
4. Click on the Dual Live Monitor button in the top right. This will open a second instance of Smart Viewer.
