Hanwha Vision has discontinued support for this software.  We recommend upgrading to Wisenet Viewer.  The latest version of Wisenet Viewer is available for download here.

Summary:

SmartViewer support has been discontinued. If you cannot upgrade to Wisenet Viewer, these instructions will guide you through carrying over the camera names from the recorder.

Step By Step Guide:

1. Open SmartViewer.
   
   
2. Click on the gear in the top right corner of the interface.
   
   
   
3. Once on the setup screen, click on Device>Registration.

   NOTE: If the recorder is already registered, you will need to remove it.

4. Create a Group.
   
   
5. Click on the newly registered recorder, then select the newly created Group.
   
   
6. Click on the large arrow in the middle of the screen to assign the recorder to the Group.
   
   
7. Check the box in the lower right Apply Camera Title.
   
8. Select Close when you have completed adding Devices to your Group.
