If the line crossing event does not perform as expected, please try the the recommendations below.
Verify that the Minimum and Maximum setting on the Common tab are correct for the application. In the example picture below, the minimum object setting is set too large (see the blue box). The objects to trigger the event need to be larger than the blue box.
In the picture below, the minimum is small enough to pick up cars and small trucks. Same applies for the Maximum object settings ( Red Box), the object to be detected needs to be smaller than the largest object,
