Issue:
Analog PTZ cameras attached to WAVE VMS via encoders are not recognized as PTZ cameras. No PTZ controls or PTZ options are present or accessible for the camera within WAVE VMS.
Solution:
Install WAVE VMS patch release 3.2.0.21264.

Explanation:
Analog PTZ cameras do not transmit recognition signals to VMS platforms. WAVE VMS will communicate with a PTZ camera using the appropriate PTZ protocol via its attached encoder, but only if the encoder notifies WAVE that an analog PTZ camera is present.
Patch release 3.2.0.21264 adds an encoder specific option in the "Expert" tab of the camera menu in WAVE VMS that allows a user to define PTZ functionality to an analog camera.
