The SPE-400 is a four (4) channel Hanwha encoder that takes an IP address and different MAC address per channel.
Before attaching an SPE-400 encoder to Wisenet WAVE:
- Update your encoder to the latest firmware: SPE-400_v2.35_160613
- For devices running firmware versions below v2.xx, a bridge firmware must be installed prior to the latest firmware release.
- Bridge Firmware: SPE-400_v2.02_130626
Each channel on the encoder must be updated individually.
Once the firmware update has been completed, register each camera to WAVE.
