In Wisenet WAVE versions 3.2 and above, users can now assign a logical ID to physical devices attached to the system from the "Expert" tab in a camera's Settings window within the WAVE Desktop application.
Using a custom logical ID is much simpler than the camera ID assigned by default and is helpful in instances where 3rd party SDK or API applications require device ID information.
