Summary

With HealthPro, the deployed HealthPro Bridge software can be updated similarly to the camera firmware. It is done automatically via the cloud, with no need to download files from the Hanwha Vision website. This article provides details and instruction for updating the software.

Updating HealthPro Bridge Software

To update from Cloud on-demand:

1. In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the Firmware widget.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the number beside updatable devices.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the DM-BRIDGE-SERVER category of devices.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the row to update. In this example, the bridge is being updated from v1.6.1 to 1.6.4.
   
   
6. Click Update firmware.
   
   The process can take several minutes. The updated HealthPro Bridge disappears from the list of updatable devices.
