Summary
In Cloud Portal, after onboarding a gateway on the Onboard devices page, you must use the Scan Network feature to onboard its child devices. This article provides the instructions for using the Scan Network feature.
Using the Scan Network
To use the Scan Network feature:

Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.
- Click Devices.
- Click Scan Network.
A pop-up will appear.
- Set an area individually using the Area drop-down menu, or all at once using the Set area function.
- Click Add to add the selected child devices.
The added child devices will be added to the list on the Devices page.
You can also use the Scan Network feature to move devices that have already been onboarded directly into Cloud Portal without going through HealthPro Bridge.
- In the Scan network pop-up, click the Already Assigned tab.
- Select the devices to move under HealthPro Bridge and click Move.
The moved device will be moved under the corresponding HealthPro Bridge on the Devices page.
