Summary

SightMind users can create and manage the reports individually. It is efficient in a large organization with many branches and users. Users can send their reports to other users.  Recipients who receive the report can view or modify the received report.

Sharing a Report

To share a report:

1. Log in to SightMind with username and password.
   
   
2. Click on the Reports icon. 
   
   
   
   
3. Select the report to share with other users.
   
   
4. Click Share.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the recipients.
   
   
6. Click Send.
   
   
   
   

   If the transmission fails, you can see the result in the Share status. If a user already has 10 reports, they cannot receive the shared report.
   
   
   
   

   Shared reports are marked with  under the report name.
   
   
   
   

7. Edit, retransmit, email or export a pdf the shared reports.
