Summary
This article provides instructions for removing a user from HealthPro.
NOTE: This process removes the user from HealthPro only. They are still
active in Cloud Portal.
Removing a User
To remove a user from HealthPro:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.
- In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Users.

Remove the user in one of two ways: select a checkbox OR select a username.
Select the checkbox
a. Check the box next to the user to remove.
The Remove button is activated.
b. Click Remove.
The Remove confirmation pop-up appears.
c. Click Remove again.

a. Click a username to remove from the list.
