Summary

This article provides instructions for managing HealthPro users, including adding a user already in Cloud Portal, removing them, and modifying their role.

NOTE: A person must be claimed into HealthPro to access the application – it is not sufficient for them to be a Cloud Portal user.

Adding a User

To add a user to HealthPro:

1. Navigate to HealthPro.
   
   
2. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings () icon.
   
   
3. In the Settings menu, select Users.
   
   
   
   
4. In the Users interface, click Add.
   
   
   
   In the Add users page, a list of the users already added to Cloud Portal with their information appears.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the checkbox next to the user, then click Add.
   
   
   
   In the Users interface, the user is added to the list where you can use the drop-down arrow to specify the role of Manager or Engineer.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the HealthPro role drop-down arrow and select the role of Manager or Engineer.
   
   
   
   Manager - Can assign a task that should be resolved by an engineer.
   
   Engineer - Can accept and resolve tasks.

Removing a User

To remove a user:

1. Navigate to the Users interface.
   
   
2. Select the users and click Remove.

Changing a User's Role

To change a user's role:

1. In the Users interface, select the User’s Role dropdown.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the desired Role to either Manager or Engineer. This drives the role-based access control, specifying the features to which they have access.

Types of Roles

The roles are as follows:

• Supermanager. There can be only one Supermanager. They have full permissions and can create other Managers, as well as Engineers. They can also create or edit location folders and trees, and move location objects.
  
  
• Manager. Managers have the same permissions as the Supermanager.
  
  
• Engineer. Engineers focus on resolving tasks. They cannot create users, modify the location tree, or assign tasks.

NOTE: Engineers can assign tasks to themselves.
