This article provides instructions for editing a user role in HealthPro.

Changing Roles

To change the role of a user in HealthPro:

1. In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.
   
   
   
   
2. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings () icon.
   
   
3. In the Settings menu, navigate to Users.
   
   
   
   
4. In the Users interface, click the HealthPro role drop-down menu and select the role of Manager or Engineer.
   
   Manager - Can assign a task that should be resolved to an engineer.
   
   Engineer - Can accept and resolve a task assigned to them.
