Issue Summary:
The WAVE Server is inaccessible despite verifying the IP and Port configuration, indicating that the WAVE Server may not be running.
Resolution:
To restart services on the NVIDIA Jetson:
- Open the camera Cockpit web interface and log in at http://cameraip:9090
- Click Services, then enter hanwha-mediaserver in the search box and click the service.
- To start the service, turn the Hanwha Media Server toggle to ON.
Now you can access the WAVE Media Server from your WAVE Client.
