Prerequisites

To use the SightMind application of Vision Cloud:

  1. Install and set up an IP network AI camera for the appropriate purpose.

    NOTE: Only Hanwha Vision AI cameras supports SightMind. To check the list of 
    supported cameras, see SightMind: Which cameras and AI applications are supported?
  2. Claim the installed IP network camera, which you want to use with SightMind, on Vision Cloud Portal.

  3. Install the AI applications on the AI camera. 

    The AI application can be installed on the camera web viewer's Open Platform menu. 

NOTE: For SightMind to effectively monitor the AI applications installed on the camera 
and obtain accurate statistical information, the camera and the AI applications must 
be properly set up. For detailed settings, refer to the online help of the camera or 
each application.

 

Access to SightMind

Direct Access

To access SightMind through Direct Access:

  1. Click the following link: https://sightmind.hanwhavision.cloud.

  2. Click Login and enter your ID and password.

Via Vision Cloud Portal

To access SightMind via Vision Cloud Portal:

  1. Click the following link: https://platform.hanwhavision.cloud.
  2. Click Login.



  3. Enter your ID and password.



  4. Click the SightMind application on the Vision Cloud Portal’s landing page.
