Summary

HealthPro Bridge is an on-premises internet-bridging software application that connects compatible cameras to HealthPro via the internet. It enables device health monitoring and performs firmware updates. Once installed, HealthPro Bridge automatically updates itself. This article provides the system requirements for HealthPro Bridge.

NOTE: Starting with version 1.6.0, the self-update feature has been 
removed and only remote updates for HealthPro are supported.

Requirements

The minimum specifications for HealthPro Bridge are:

• OS - Windows 10
• CPU - Atom x7425E 1.50GHz
• RAM - 8GB
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 redistributable

NOTE: HealthPro Bridge uses minimal system resources and runs in the background as 
a service. It is often installed on an existing video management system recorder.
