SUMMARY

This is the third release version of SightMind, part of Hanwha Vision Cloud. In this release, we have significantly improved the Analytics page. We've enhanced the analytics search filter for analysis and provide more useful and diverse data charts. This allows users to efficiently analyze data across multiple locations. Additionally, SightMind can generate insights through GenAI for analysis purposes. Users can ask based on natural language, and the AI will analyze the data to provide insights.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY

  • Analytics: The analytics search filter has been enhanced for analysis and to provide more useful and diverse data charts. This allows users to efficiently analyze data across multiple locations.

  • New widget (5 widgets):
    • Vehicle and shopping cart heatmap: Displays movement patterns and the frequency of vehicle and shopping cart using color-coded visualizations.
    • Vehicle occupancy: Displays the number of vehicle and indicates whether it meets your preset target number. It also allows you to track counts and variations by hour, day, or week.
    • Vehicle flow: Displays the number of vehicle entering and exiting a specific area including minimum and maximum counts for specified dates.
    • Visitor area traffic: Displays real-time tracking of how customers are distributed throughout retail stores. By visualizing the correlation between foot traffic and dwell time in each zone, retailers can analyze and compare customer behavior patterns across different areas of the store.

  • GenAI insights: SightMind can generate insights through GenAI for analysis purposes. Users can ask based on natural language, and the AI will analyze the data to provide insights.

SUMMARY 

This version represents an increased focus on long-term analytics of large volumes of data from multiple locations, and away from real-time event monitoring which is considered to be the responsibility of the video management system. 

NEW FUNCTIONALITY

  • Analytics: Instantly compare the trends for multiple kinds of analytics across any number of locations, across any time period, without having to manually configure dashboard widgets. Supports up to ten saved reports.

  • Bulk licensing: Attach SightMind licenses to multiple devices in bulk. 

  • Dashboard Calendar: The analysis period has been extended to include up to five years of SightMind data (requires a 5-year SightMind license to be active).

  • Reports: SightMind now supports up to 10 personalized reports per user, and the ability to share a report with other users.

  • Combined map: The Retail, Factory, and City maps are now integrated into one, supporting either an image or Google map, any AI rules can be marked on the map.

  • Statistical Widgets Replacing Events: The three event-oriented widgets, Slip & Falls, Slow Traffic, and Forklift Speeding, have been removed and replaced by statistic widgets that indicate the trend rather than real-time event notification.

REMOVED FUNCTIONALITY

  • The Event menu has been removed since SightMind no longer reports real-time event alerts.

  • The WAVE Sync and OnCloud integration has been removed since there is no need to view live or replay event footage.

  • Event alerts no longer appear in the notification center.

RESOLVED ISSUES

  • Data retention policy enforcement. Old data was not being purged as per the data retention policy for the given license duration. As of v1.6.0 SightMind will delete data one month older than the selected license for a given device. For example, a one month trial license will cause data older than two months to be deleted. And a one year license will start losing data after 13 months. To preserve your data consider exporting and archiving CSV files.

SightMind offers the following features: 

  • Maximized safety, efficiency, and insights: SightMind gives you access to real-time analytics for insights on safety and business intelligence.

  • Customizable dashboard: You can analyze and visualize data from AI cameras and other devices in real-time on a customizable dashboard.

  • Export data: You can export the raw data from some widgets as CSV files for importing into other tools or offline analysis.

  • Customizable reports: You can use your accumulated widget data to generate a wide variety of reports and combine widgets to organize them your way. Reports can be exported in pdf format and shared so that recipients can benefit from the insights without needing to log in.

  • Dashboard tree for unlimited scalability

  • Widgets covering People, Vehicles, Operations, Facilities, Safety and Maps

  • Claiming new devices and indicating whether they have AI rules that are active

  • Visual representation of the AI rule during widget setup, e.g. line crossing

  • Reports including widgets and automated text description summaries

  • User management and assigning roles
