Summary
When WAVE systems are added to HealthPro via WAVE Sync, they do not have an associated location, causing them to appear in incorrect locations on the e-Map. For larger systems, it is recommended to use HealthPro Bridge instead of WAVE Sync to directly manage the WAVE server and cameras. This article explains how to assign a location in HealthPro.
Adding Location Information
To add location information:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.
- In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- Navigate to Devices > WAVE Sync and click Connect your account.
- Log in to WAVE Sync.
If you have an account:
a. Enter your email address and click Next.
b. Enter your password and click Log In.
If you do not have an account, navigate to WAVE Sync to get an account.
- Scroll down the list of WAVE Systems until you find the one for the location you want to edit.
In this example, we see a consolidated view because multiple WAVE Sync accounts have been added.
- Click the WAVE System to enter its location information.
NOTE: As you begin to enter the address, be sure to select one of the
autofill options so that it is a verified address.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
