Summary:
You can use OnCloud to update the firmware for Hanwha cameras. You need to be an administrator to do this.
Step By Step Guide:
Cameras have both device firmware and CloudConnector firmware. You update each one separately. The order of updates does not matter.
Update firmware

- In OnCloud, click the building icon at the top right:
If you don't see this icon, you don't have permission to manage cameras.
- The Devices panel shows if updates are available for your devices. Click Manage.
This opens the list of camera hardware.
- Look for an online camera with the text Firmware Update Available. Then click the gear icon to the right:
- Look at the Device Information panel. The status must be Online for you to see available updates.
- Click to update the device or CloudConnector firmware:
This starts the update process. The camera restarts, so it disconnects briefly.
- To check if the update is in progress, refresh the page. The status looks like this during an update:
- Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page again. The update is finished when the camera is online.
- If you have a second update available, click to install it as well:
- When both updates are complete, the status is online and the update links are not visible:
