This article provides an overview of the HealthPro workflow.
Workflow Overview
The overall HealthPro workflow is as follows: Occurred > Pending > Assigned > Resolved.
- When an event happens, such as a camera going offline, a notification appears stating that an event has occurred. This event is in the Occurred state and is not yet a task.
- When a manager selects the event and assigns it as a task to an engineer, the task enters the Pending state.
- When the engineer accepts the task, the task enters the Assigned state.
- When the technician resolves the task, the task enters the Resolved state.
Example
Below is an example where Nick, the manager, notices an event, and assigns it to his Engineer, Tony, who accepts and resolves it.
Nick notices there is a WAVE Sync camera error with a QND-6082R camera at the HITE TEANECK location dating back to Jan 14, 2025, at 5:40 PM.
It is now Jan 29 at 11:55 AM and Nick assigns it to Tony.
Nick observes the task is now pending, and can tell it has been waiting since Jan 29, 2025 at 11:55 AM.
Tony sees a new task waiting for him.
It is 11:57AM and Tony accepts the task.
Tony observes that it is now his task.
Nick receives confirmation that Tony accepted it at 11:57 AM.
Tony works on the issue and quickly resolves it.
Tony adds some notes explaining what he did.
Tony can see the task is now fully resolved.
Nick receives final confirmation that the issue is resolved.
Nick expands the details to review what happened.
