This article provides an overview of the HealthPro workflow.
Workflow Overview
The overall HealthPro workflow is as follows: Occurred > Pending > Accepted > Resolved.
- When an event happens, such as a camera going offline, a notification appears stating that an event has occurred. This event is in the Occurred state and is not yet a task.
- When a manager selects the event and assigns it as a task to an engineer, the task enters the Pending state.
- When the engineer accepts the task, the task enters the Accepted state.
- When the technician resolves the task, the task enters the Resolved state.
Example
Below is an example where the manager notices an event, and assigns it to an engineer who accepts and resolves it.
The manager notices there is a camera error at a location dating back to the time stamp.
The manager assigns it to the engineer.
The manager observes the task is now pending, and can tell it has been waiting.
The engineer sees a new task waiting.
The engineer accepts the task.
The engineer observes that it is now his task.
The manager receives confirmation that the engineer accepted the task.
The engineer works on the issue and quickly resolves it.
The engineer adds some notes explaining what was done.
The engineer can see the task is now fully resolved.
The manager receives final confirmation that the issue is resolved.
The manager expands the details to review what happened.
