Resetting Your Password
To reset your password:
- Log in to Cloud Portal and navigate to OnCloud.
- Click Login > Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address, then click Send Instructions.
- Check your email for a message from Hanwha Vision Cloud, and click the Reset My Password button in the message.
- Enter a new password twice, making sure that it meets all of the listed requirements, then click Update Password.
- Click Login to continue to OnCloud.
