Resetting Your Password

To reset your password:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal and navigate to OnCloud.
   
   
2. Click Login > Forgot Password.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your email address, then click Send Instructions.
   
   
4. Check your email for a message from Hanwha Vision Cloud, and click the Reset My Password button in the message.
   
   
5. Enter a new password twice, making sure that it meets all of the listed requirements, then click Update Password.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Login to continue to OnCloud.
