Summary

The log files for HealthPro Bridge are found in the following locations and can be used for analyzing and troubleshooting issues.

C:\Program Files\Hanwha\DM Bridge\logs

and

C:\ProgramData\Hanwha\DMCloudConnector

This article provides the steps for getting the HealthPro Bridge log files.

Obtaining Log Files

To get the log files for HealthPro Bridge:

1. Click Windows + E to open Windows Explorer.
   
   
   
   
2. Type or navigate to C:\Program Files\Hanwha\DM Bridge\logs
   Some of the log files are found in this folder and its sub-folders.
   
   
   
   

   NOTE: Since there are various log files found within this folder, it is 
   recommended to deliver the entire contents of the folder for log analysis. 

   
   
3. Type or copy and paste the following file path in the address bar of Windows Explorer:
   C:\ProgramData\Hanwha\DMCloudConnector
   
   The rest of the log files are found in this folder.
   
   
   
   

   NOTE: The ProgramData folder is hidden by default, so it is recommended to 
   type or copy and paste the following file path: 
   C:\ProgramData\Hanwha\DMCloudConnector
