Summary:
Use this guide to reset a password for someone else. You need to be an administrator to do this.
You likely need to reset someone's password if they forget or share it.

Step By Step Guide:
Reset a password
- In OnCloud, click the building icon at the top right:
If you don't see this icon, you don't have permission to unlock accounts.
- In the Users section, click Manage:
- Click an account in the list.
- Click Reset Password:
If the Reset Password button is gray, the account is locked. Unlock the account instead.
- This shows the confirmation:
The user receives an email with a link to update their password.
