Summary
This article provides instructions for turning event and system notifications on and off.

Manage Event Notifications
Event notifications are alerts from your cameras.
To turn event notifications on or off:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click the Bell icon at the top right:
This takes you to the Notifications screen, which shows notifications that you have received.
- Click Notification Settings.
- To turn off all notifications, click the Pause All Notifications button at the top right.
The button changes to say Resume All Notifications.
- To turn on all notifications, use the same button.
Manage Individual Notifications
For notifications that you create, you can make individual changes.
Notifications that someone shared with you are marked with Shared. You cannot make changes to these individually.
To manage individual notifications:
- To view the details for a notification, click the chevron
beside it.
- To turn a notification on or off, click the pencil
. Then click Resume Notification or Pause Notification. Notifications that you paused are marked in the list with Paused.
- You can also change the schedule for a notification. Click the pencil
, then click Edit Schedule. Make changes to the schedule, then click Continue, Skip, and Save. Click the
to close the dialog. Editing a notification does not turn it on or off.
Manage System Notifications
System notifications are related to OnCloud.
To turn system notifications on or off:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click the Bell icon at the top right:
This takes you to the Notifications screen, which shows notifications that you have received.
- Click Notification Settings.
- Click System Notifications at the left.
- Click the switches
to turn email or push notifications on or off.
