Summary:
Wisenet Device Manager is an on-premises software application that streamlines the management of video surveillance devices, empowering users to control them with comprehensive management and monitoring capabilities for a wide range of equipment.
Wisenet Device Manager may be used to add multiple devices to Cloud Portal to be used in software solutions such as DMPro, SightMind, etc.
System requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 7, 10, 11 (64-bit)
- Application: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 Client Profile, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) (Included in the Device Manager installation package.)
- CPU: Intel CPU i5 8th generation or higher
- Graphics: Video graphics card
- RAM: DDR4 8G or higher
- Resolution: 1366x768 (Scaling options are not officially supported.)

Step by Step Guide:
To add multiple cameras to the Cloud via Wisenet Device Manager:
NOTE: This method applies to devices compatible with the Cloud Connector application.
Ensure you have your Organization ID and Short name from Cloud Portal and
that Wisenet Device Manager is installed. If not, click Wisenet Device Manager
to install it.
- From the devices list in Wisenet Device Manager, select the devices to add to Cloud Portal.
- Right-click the device from the context menu then click Cloud Connector.
NOTE: You can select multiple devices in a row by holding left-click while
dragging your mouse and clicking Shift or Ctrl. - In the Cloud Connector window, enter the Org ID and Org Shortname then click Apply.
- Click Close when the fields have been updated.
NOTE: It may take a moment for the results to update.
- Navigate to Devices in Cloud Portal.
- Click Onboard Devices.
- Identify the devices to add to the cloud and set their Location and Area.

Click Add to claim the device to Cloud Portal.
The device’s status will change from Claiming to Claimed.
You can also view this in Cloud Connector.
Note: Ensure the Cloud Connector application is installed and running in
the Open Platform menu of the device.
