Summary:
Use this page to change basic settings for your organization, such as the name and address. You need to be an administrator to do this.
Step By Step Guide:
Change organization settings
- In OnCloud, click the gear icon at the top right, then click Organization Settings:
- Click your organization's name to change it. You cannot change the short name below it.
- To change the address, click the X to the right, then click the Address box to search. Click your address in the dropdown menu.
- Click to change your website or LinkedIn profile.
- To change the organization contact, click the box below Authenticate Using External LDAP Service:
- To change how long OnCloud keeps your notifications, drag the slider:
- Click Save.
