To view your devices, licenses, locations, and users at a glance:

1. Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.
   
   
2. In the top-right corner, click the Organization icon.
   
   You will be redirected to a dashboard where you can view all at a glance.

Widgets

The following widgets are available to view:

• Devices
• Licenses
• Locations
• Users
• Roles
• Partner

Devices Widget

Displays the number of devices online and firmware updatable devices.

To manage devices, click Manage in the top right of the widget. You will be redirected to the Devices page.

Licenses Widget

Displays the license information for four status types: expiring soon, active, available, and expired. Here you can check how many licenses are in each status.

• Expiring Soon - Number of licenses expiring soon
• Active - Number of active licenses
• Available -  Number of licenses available for assignment
• Expired -  Number of expired licenses

To manage licenses, click Manage in the top right of the widget. You will be redirected to the Licenses page.

Locations Widget

Displays the number of locations added to the map.

To manage locations, click Manage in the top right of the widget. You will be redirected to the Locations page.

Users Widget

Displays the user information for four status types: active, inactive, invited, and locked. Here you can check how many users are in each status.

• Active - Number of active users
• Inactive - Number of inactive users
• Invited - Number of users invited to your organization
• Locked - Number of users temporarily locked due to three failed login attempts

To manage users, click Manage in the top right of the widget. You will be redirected to the Users page.

Roles Widget

Displays the number of administrators and users.

Partner Widget

Displays the Partner’s information. 

If you have Partners and want to remove them, click Remove Partner.
