This article provides the instructions for managing direct-to-cloud and HealthPro Bridge cameras.
Managing HealthPro Bridge Cameras

In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

Click +Claim.
-
Select the devices to be claimed to HealthPro and click Claim..
The device appears under Devices where it can be licensed if necessary.
Viewing Device Information
To view device information:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, you can view the device’s Name, Model, Location, Area, Gateway, VMS/NVR, Serial Number, MAC address, and License. You can also view the devices’ status: offline (black) and good (green).

To view the detailed information of a device, select it. The detailed information appears on the right.
- Scrolling down the information pane reveals more device information, including a Reboot button if supported by the device.
Unclaiming a Device
To unclaim a device you claimed from Cloud Portal:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, select a device to unclaim, and click Unclaim.
The Unclaim confirmation pop-up appears.
- Click OK.
Attaching a License
To attach a license to a device:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, click Attach license.

Select a license type.

Select the device(s) to attach the selected license.

Click Attach. After a few moments, the device shows the active license.
Detaching a License
NOTE: If you unclaim a device, the license attached to the device is detached
automatically and is available for reuse. Released licenses continue to use up
their remaining period even while not reattached.
To detach a license from a device:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, click Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, click a license to detach.
-
On License, select the specific license to Detach.
A Detach confirmation pop-up appears.
- Click Detach. The license is detached from the device. You can re-attach it later.
