Summary:
This article provides the instructions for managing direct-to-cloud and DM Bridge cameras.
Step By Step Guide:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, click Claim.
-
On Claim devices, under Cloud Portal devices, click a device to claim to DMPro and click Claim.
The device will appear under Devices.
View Device Information
To view device information:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, you can view the device’s Name, Model, Location, Area, Server, Serial Number, MAC address, and License. You can also view the devices’ status: offline (black) and good (green).

To view the detailed information of a device, select it. The detailed information will appear on the right.
Unclaim a Device
To unclaim a device you claimed from Cloud Portal:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, select a device to unclaim, and click Unclaim.
The Unclaim confirmation pop-up appears.
- Click Unclaim.
Attach a License
To attach a license to a device:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, click Attach license.
-
On Attach license, select a license to attach to a device.

On Attach license, select a device to attach the selected license to.
You can also change a license you want to attach.

Click Attach. After a few moments, the device will show the active license.
Detach a License
NOTE: If you unclaim a device, the license attached to the device will be detached
automatically.
To detach a license from a device:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, click Devices > Cloud Portal.

On Devices, click a license to detach.
-
On License, click Detach.
A Detach confirmation pop-up appears.
- Click Detach. The license will be detached from the device. You can re-attach it later.
