Summary:

You can configure DMPro to receive email or web push notifications when cameras or servers are offline or they have errors.

Receive Email Notifications

To configure DMPro to receive email notifications:

1. In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.
   
   
2. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings () icon.
   
   
3. In the Settings menu, navigate to Notifications.
   
   
   
4. Toggle Email on.
   
   
   
5. The email notification will look similar to the image below. Click Task Card Link.
   
   
   
6. You will be redirected to the relevant page.
   

Receive Web Push Notifications

DMPro uses web push (also known as browser push) notifications to communicate important and timely information to the you via your web browser.

• Even if you are not currently logged in, as soon as you relaunch your browser, you will see the notifications.
• Web pushes work independently, and differ from notifications that appear on a page while visiting a website.
• You may opt in or out to receive web push notifications.

To configure DMPro to receive web push notifications:

1. In Cloud Portal, navigate to DMPro.
   
   
2. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings () icon.
   
   
3. In the Settings menu, navigate to Notifications.
   
   
   
4. Toggle Web push on.
   
   
   
5. You will receive web push notifications similar to the below image. Click the web push pop up notification.
   
   
   
6. You will be redirected to the relevant page.
