This article provides the instructions for viewing all tasks and their progress in HealthPro.
Checking the Task Status
A task to be resolved will occur if any errors or warnings occur in cameras, servers, or storage units, or they are offline.

Error - Abnormal errors occurred.

Warning - A non-critical but uncommon situation is occurring. If this situation persists, it will prevent them from functioning normally.
- Offline - They are offline.
To check the task status:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Dashboard (
) icon.
The Notifications center will appear on the right side of the screen showing you the following three task states:

Occurred - Indicates that the task is open and ready to be assigned to an engineer

Assigned - Indicates that an engineer has accepted the task

Resolved - Indicates that an engineer resolved the task

Occurred - Indicates that the task is open and ready to be assigned to an engineer
- Select a location under Locations, then toggle Current location to On to see the tasks applicable to the selected location.
To see the tasks status applicable to all locations, toggle Current location to Off.
Assigning a Task
To assign a task to an engineer to be resolved:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Dashboard (
) icon.
The Notifications center will appear on the right side of the screen.
- Under All or Occurred, select a task to assign to an engineer and click Assign.
The engineer will accept and resolve the task.
The status of the task will change to Resolved.
