Attaching a License
Viewing Device Information
To view device information:
- Sign in to SightMind.
- Hover your mouse pointer over the left side of the browser.
- When the menu panel appears, click Settings.
- Click Devices > Device setup to view device information.

Attaching a License
If a device does not have a license attached, you can choose the license to attach.
To attach a license to a device:
- Click Attach license.
The Attach license window appears.
- Select the license to attach from the Select license dropdown menu.
- Click OK.
NOTE: You can register and manage licenses on Cloud Portal.
Detaching a License
To detach a valid license from a device before its expiration date:
- Select the license to detach from the device list.
The License window appears with the license information of the device.
- Click Detach.
A confirmation message appears.
- Click OK.
NOTE: When you unclaim a device, the license attached to the device is detached.
NOTE: The license usage date starts from the initial attachment and activation,
regardless of whether it is currently detached from a device.
