Step By Step Guide:
Accessing the Event Page
To open the Event page:

Log in to SightMind.

Hover your mouse pointer over the left side of the browser.
- When the menu panel appears, click Events.
On the Event page, you can:
Search for Events
To search for events by date and event type:

Click the calendar.

Set the date or date range for the event.

Click OK.

Select the event type and event status.
- Acknowledged– Acknowledged and checked

Detected – Occurred but not checked yet

Click Search.
The filtered events will be displayed in the right pane.
View Event Search Results
The total number of events matching the filter conditions is displayed.
You can view the details of event information as follows:
- No – List number
- Event – Event name
- Camera name – Name of the device where the event was detected
- Model – Model name of the device where the event was detected
- Location – Location of the device where the event was detected
- Status – Event occurrence/acknowledgment status
- Date & Time – Time when the event was detected
NOTE: The device name and location can be managed on Cloud Portal.
View Detailed Event Information
When you select an event from the list, you can view the details of the selected event.

Live – Opens a new window for live video streaming of the device associated with the current event Playback – Opens a new window to play back videos of the current event |
D | Name of the rule associated with the event |
E | Event type and time when the event occurred |
F | Timeline indicating the time the event occurred and acknowledged |
G | Location of the device where the event was detected |

Status of the event (detected or acknowledged) Click Acknowledge to confirm that you have checked the event occurrence. |
I | Names of the dashboard and widget where the event occurred |
NOTE: The device name and location can be managed on Cloud Portal. Visit each
camera individually to adjust the rules that trigger an event.
