OnCloud Camera Compatibility:
OnCloud currently relies on the CloudConnector App inside these compatible cameras.
Eventually, Cloud Gateway Appliance will expand compatibility to a much broader range of Hanwha Vision cameras.
DMPro Direct-to-Cloud Camera Compatibility:
DMPro can use the CloudConnector App inside these compatible cameras.
Alternatively, DM Bridge offers a software-based bridging mechanism, expanding the compatibility to all Hanwha Vision cameras.
Eventually, Cloud Gateway Appliance will expand compatibility to a much broader range of Hanwha Vision cameras.
SightMind Camera and AI Compatibility:
SightMind receives metadata generated by AI running inside compatible devices. Supported devices and sources of this AI metadata are given here.
FLEX AI:
Because FLEX AI works very differently from the other three applications, it is separated here for clarity.
- VMS compatibility: You can test FLEX AI models crossing trip wires and other AI configurations within the Wisenet Web UI. However, to receive alerts from a video management system you must currently use Genetec or Milestone. Specifically, neither WAVE nor OnCloud are supported.
- Training: FLEX AI models may only be trained using mp4 video clips, or with properly tagged WAVE clips. For more information, please refer to the article: How do I add a video clip for FLEX AI usage.
- Running concurrently with other AI: A FLEX AI model may run at the same time as Wise AI. However, it cannot run at the same time as other AI Packs as this will overload the camera.
FLEX AI Camera Compatibility:
FLEX AI models are only compatible with certain P series AI cameras. This is because of the processing power required to deliver true artificial intelligence. This is the full list of compatible cameras.
