Step By Step Guide:
Accessing to Cloud Portal
To access Cloud Portal:

Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.

Login using one of the following methods:

If you have an existing account, click Login.
Enter your email and password, then click Login.

If you are a customer without an account, click Create an Organization now.
Refer to the following section for instructions on creating a customer account: Customer

If you are a STEP partner without an account, click Join as a STEP Partner.
Refer to the following section for instructions on joining as a STEP Partner: STEP Partner

If you have an existing account, click Login.
Creating an Account
There are two types of users: Customer and STEP Partner.
Customer
To create a customer account:

Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.

Click Create an Organization now.

Complete the customer information form.
-
Select the two checkboxes to agree to the terms and services, privacy policy, and agreement.

Click Submit.
After the Organization is created, you, as a Customer Super Admin will receive a confirmation.
NOTE: The email provided will be the first user of the Customer Organization
and become the Customer Super Admin.

In the confirmation email, click Activate Account.

Enter the activation code received in the email and create a new password for the login account.

Click Complete Account Authorization. You will get the following success message: Your account is verified successfully.

Sign in to Cloud Portal using the same email and password.
Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the customer landing page, with HVC (Hanwha Vision Cloud) App Tiles, and Cloud Portal Menu for Locations, Devices, Users, Licenses.
STEP Partner
To join as a STEP Partner:

Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.

Click Join as a STEP a Partner.
NOTE: You must be an existing STEP Partner, with a valid STEP partner Code,
to join as a STEP partner. -
Complete the customer information form.

Select the two checkboxes to agree to the terms and services, privacy policy, and agreement.

Click Submit.
You, as a Partner Super Admin, will receive an email confirmation.
The Internal Hanwha admin will approve the request to join as a new partner organization, for the Partner Super Admin email and STEP Partner Code.
After approval from the Hanwha internal admin, you will get an activation code for the Partner User and the Partner Org to be created.

Click Activate Account.

Enter the activation code received in the email and create a new password for the login account.

Click Complete Account Authorization.
You will get the following success message: Your account is verified successfully.

Sign in to the Cloud Portal using the same email and password.
Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the Partner landing page, with a list of Customer accounts mapped to the Partner account.
