OnCloud

Direct-to-Cloud Video Management

OnCloud offers the following features:

Easy manageability - OnCloud gives you access to live and recorded video, searchable clips, event notifications, and more on any device.
Easy accessibility - You can find footage, gain insights, and manage multiple cameras with ease. OnCloud makes it easy to expand surveillance coverage as your business grows as well as increase bandwidth without hefty hardware and space investments.
High reliability - OnCloud utilizes 100% direct-to-cloud storage and video encryption to keep footage safe and secure at all times. Turn your video security system into a powerful source of insights and control it from anywhere with the OnCloud video management system.

DMPro

Multi-site Health Monitoring and Device Management

DMPro offers the following features:

Remote monitoring - DMPro is a platform for device health monitoring that supports Hanwha Vision and third-party cameras, enabling remote surveillance system management.
High accessibility - DMPro provides access from anywhere to manage multi-site systems and devices, with notifications for system health and required attention.
Remote firmware management - DMPro gives proactive notifications for firmware updates, including new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, and cybersecurity enhancements.
Cost efficiency and scalability - DMPro streamlines operations, reduces ownership costs, and is designed for easy scaling, allowing for an unlimited number of devices and locations to be managed via a single dashboard.

SightMind

AI Analytics Dashboard

SightMind offers the following features:

Maximized safety, efficiency, and insights - SightMind gives you access to real-time analytics in customizable dashboards for insights on safety and business intelligence.
Customizable dashboard - You can analyze and visualize data from AI cameras and other devices in real-time on a customizable dashboard.
Powerful insights - You can gather data from multiple cameras and sites to generate valuable business insights that were previously out of reach.
Customizable reports - You can use your accumulated widget data to generate a wide variety of reports and combine widgets to organize them your way. Reports can be exported in PDF format for insights on the go.

FLEX AI

Custom AI Model Trainer

FLEX AI offers the following features:

Easily trainable AI algorithms - You can train AI models to enhance the capabilities of your cameras. FLEX AI gives you the power to craft personalized object detection models for your business needs.
Streamlined operations - You can streamline operations with scalable task management, automated assignments and more.
Adaptable advanced algorithms - You can unlock your security system’s full potential. Utilizing advanced algorithms, you can customize models to fit your environment’s unique challenges.

Key UI components of the Cloud Portal landing page:

App Switcher
Click an App Tile to navigate to the desired application (OnCloud, SightMind, DMPro, or FLEX AI).
Organization
Click the Organization icon to navigate to a dashboard where you can view all at a glance (Devices, Licenses, Locations, Users, Roles, and Partner).
User Profile
- Click Account Settings to configure user details.
- Click Organization Settings to configure organization details.
- Click Update Password to change password.
- Click Logout to log out of Hanwha Vision Cloud applications.

Top Menu
- Locations - takes you to the Locations page where you can view, update, add, and delete locations in the Org.
- Devices - takes you to the Devices page where you can view, update, add, and delete devices in the Org.
- Users - takes you to the Users page where you can view, update, add, and delete devices in the Org.
- Licenses - takes you to the Licenses page where you can view and update licenses in the Org. Licenses must be attached or detached in the respective Hanwha Vision Cloud application.
