OnCloud: How do I delete a role?

Use this page to delete a custom role. You need to be an administrator to do this.

Delete a custom role

1. In OnCloud, click the building icon at the top right:
   
   
   

   
   If you don't see this icon, you don't have permission to delete roles.
   
   
2. In the Roles section, click Manage:
   
    

   
   
   
3. Click the role you want to delete. You can't delete the Administrator or User roles.
   
   
4. To check if any accounts have this role, click Assigned Accounts. Accounts with a checkmark beside them have this role.
   
   
5. Change the role for accounts with checkmarks. See OnCloud: How do I change access for an account?
   
   
6. Click Delete Role.
   
   
7. Click Confirm.
