Summary:
The Cumulative People widget makes it simple to keep track of total visits. Based on the People counting rule from the camera, it displays the cumulative visitor count. If multiple people counting rules are assigned to the widget, it shows the combined value.
This article provides instructions for using and setting up the Cumulative People widget.
Step By Step Guide:
Using the Cumulative People Widget
With the Cumulative People widget, you can:
- View the cumulative visitor count for a specified date range.
NOTE: When you change the date, all widgets on the dashboard will update to
display data for the newly selected date.
- Compare the cumulative number of visitors on a specific date with the corresponding comparison date.
For example, if you choose to view data for the last 7 days, you can compare it with the previous 7 days. If the count has increased compared to the comparison date, the number appears in blue; if it has decreased, it appears in red. You can also view the exact numerical values and the percentage of change. -
Visualize the cumulative visitor count using either a bar graph or a line graph.
You can also choose the unit (hour, day, or week) for displaying visitor numbers in the graph.
